Three years as a tenant and I couldn’t have asked for better. Great support, proactivity, communications…everything. You hear so many horror stories about landlords, none of which apply to Ryan or Prime Spaces. A thoroughly decent, well organised, and honourable company that could not do more for their tenants. I really could not recommend them highly enough
PrimeSpaces offered us the ideal solution when we were looking for an affordable property close to my work. The studio was a good size and well appointed. The communal areas were well looked after and overall, it was excellent value for money; making London living affordable. The team were helpful throughout our tenancy, and would always respond to our queries.
With no doubt the best landlord I’ve ever rented from, extremely friendly and helpful people and well maintained properties. Tina and Suzanne are always extremely helpful and responsive if you need any help, and Gosia makes sure the communal areas are always spotless. If you’re looking for an affordable place to live in London and a landlord who’s only intention is providing excellent accommodation, rather than charging you unreasonable fees and making your life difficult, go for Prime Spaces!
Prime Spaces were efficient, organised and friendly every step of the way during my time at Artherleigh House. Any issue was quickly resolved and I would highly recommend them.
I lived at the Eade Road property for over two years, with my now husband joining me halfway through. We cannot say enough good things about Suzanne and the Prime Spaces team. If you have rented in London, you know how painful – even nightmarish – it can be. Prime Spaces instead is a true gem, with a landlord who owns and maintains quality properties, who hires a team of people who are attentive, fair, and actually look out for their renters. They are serious about their mission of offering attractive, well-done properties at a reasonable rate. I feel so lucky to have chanced upon them. We would have happily stayed had I not been offered a job outside of London.

My partner and I really enjoyed living in Cameret Court for the last year. The flat is at great location and is very spacious with a lot of natural light coming in (ideal for a couple of professionals). The price was fairly reasonable for this neighbourhood and the service provide by Primespaces was excellent. Thank you!
Me and my partner lived in Room A of 5 Bonsor Street, myself for 2 years and him for over 8 years. We both loved living in the property and would not have left if it weren’t for me going to university in Essex.The loft studio flat was small but perfect for our needs and was wonderfully private and cosy. The price was incredibly affordable, particularly given the location so close to central London, the nature of the flat as a studio, and that all bills were included. It was too good an offer to miss really. Prime Spaces were great estate agents. They were incredibly fair, very accommodating to our (sometimes particular!) needs, and they never left a problem unsolved. Many thanks for everything! It has been a pleasure.
I’ve lived in two Primespaces houses; one in Shepherd’s Bush and another in Camberwell. I had a great time in both, as they were in fantastic central locations. The rent is very reasonable for the areas, and the rooms were also spacious (not like some of the box rooms you see advertised elsewhere!) If there were any issues with the room or shared areas they were dealt with promptly. Never had any issues when I moved out with deposit etc.
Would happily rent another Primespaces room in future
After signing for a 6-month AST, I ended up renting from Prime Spaces for more than 4 years. Rent was competitive, repairs were generally dealt with in a reasonable time frame and there weren’t any issues in agreeing the return of my deposit.
I would recommend renting from Prime Spaces to any young professional trying to find a first home in London and wish Ryan and his team all the best for the future.
Great job staying with Primespace, very organised and efficient on the whole process on renting and in terms of maintenance during my stay.
Definitely recommend Prime space to anyone.

For the last 4 years, I’ve been living in two different houses with Primespaces. The first was in room H, Knatchbull house and the last one was in the double studio B, in Artherleigh house.
Honestly, there is not even one thing I can say against Primespaces. The rooms/studios/communal areas are very clean, tidy and stylist. The housemates were very committed to work/study, so I was always able to live in a very peaceful environment and never had a problem with them. Gosia and Erik are amazing in fixing everything and making sure that the place maintains the standards.
All the expected problems/queries that naturally came during my long stay were solved in an appropriate time. I was always able to find a quick and direct answer for every email I sent to Tina, as well the flexibility I needed to respond to the changes in my personal life.
The landlord, Ryan, is a very approachable person, very calm and knows how to listen.
The process of renting was very smooth and clear, not complicated and full of fees and non sense like others agencies. With the all inclusive bills this smoothness just extended for the length of my stay.
Pimespaces is just simple, organized and all the rooms are just beautiful. Amazing quality for the price.
A massive thank you to Ryan, Tina, Gosia and Erik and the other team members that I had no opportunity to meet.

The best house I have ever lived here in London (I have lived in London for 10 years and have rented at least 6 other places prior to this one). It is a real shame I am going abroad for more than 3 months and will have to give my room away…
Everything works perfectly, whenever I needed to contact Primespaces for any reason they replied promptly and have always been very helpful.

I’ve been living in Room D for 6 month. I would have stay longer if I could. I totally recommend this house. My room is big. With huge a wardrobe ( that’s unusual in London)
You have good quality things in the house. Washing machine, dryer machine.
Last month our refrigerator was damaged and immediately we had a bigger new one.
Also Goshia comes every week to clean the common areas in the house. And, by the way, she and her husband are amazing, friendly people. They painted the walls of my room six month ago.
Also, Internet is fast. The heater is always working. The house and the bedroom are very warm places.

Lovely room and kitchen, warm, homely clean, great storage space. Noise from trains can be a bother at times but other than that i highly recommend Prime spaces.
I moved in back to 2009, nearly 5 years of living here making me feel a real home at uk. The room is sizable and equipped with some private wash and storage areas, the rent is also reasonable. Most importantly the location is excellent with very easy access to local stores and central. I would like to say THANK YOU to Ryan and your team for providing such a good living place, and I appreciate your affort dealing with some known issues such as nosie. I would definitely recommend Prime Spaces to my friends!

Moving to London from the North in 2011 was an anxious but exciting time for me and finding a place to call home a stressful task. After many viewings of unsuitable properties I finally stumbled across the ad for Pennard road and after seeing the place I was happy to call it home. Comfortable, clean and cozy I have been happy here for the past year. From my very first meeting with the landlord Ryan he has been nothing but helpful and responsive and the best landlord I have ever had. Now I am moving away from London I will always look back at my time at Pennard road with good thoughts. I would recommend Prime Spaces in a heartbeat 🙂

I had a wonderful time staying in the room I rented, everything was new or clean. The landlord (Ryan) especially was very helpful and quick in solving problems/repairs. Responses from landlord or receptionist (Tina) was also very fast. Highly recommend Prime Spaces to anyone 🙂
Unfortunately my year in London is coming to an end and I have finalised dates when I have to be back at university. It has been great living in the house and I have made some good friends. I want to let you know that you have probably been the best landlord I have been as any problem we’ve had has been fixed in no time without fuss. I would gladly recommend Prime Spaces to other potential renters.
I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at Artherleigh House. The room was in impecable condition and was very spacious. It was by far the nicest apartment I saw in London while I was searching for a place to stay. The neighborhood is very nice as well– there is a lovely park just down the road and it was generally very quiet. Transportation by bus and/or tube from this part of town was very easy. Also, the room was equipped with furniture, kitchen items, etc. and all the utilities were included, which made life a lot easier. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone– in fact I already have. If I ever have the fortune of moving back to London, I’ll certainly be contacting Ryan about staying in Camberwell again.
I would recommend prime spaces to anyone, the rooms are a really good size and modern, the common areas are clean and the best thing is that all the bills are included!!! I just moved here and I found new cookery, cutlery and bed linen, not to say that the room was almost unrecognisable after the hard work the guys had to refurbish the room, everything is new and smells like new!!
A big thank you to Ryan to make me feel at home!!!

From the moment I saw the house and location I felt completely in love with it.
I can say that Knatchbull house was one of the best houses I have ever lived in London, in every aspects, cleanliness, well maintained, and above all, Ryan being a very polite and approachable landlord which made things always easier and nicer.
I can truly say that I will recommend any of his houses to friends & people I might know that are looking to rent.

I would happily recommend Prime Spaces to anyone. The room is quite sizable and equipped with your own wash area. The shared facilities are of a high standard and well maintained, and it house as wireless internet access included in the price. The house is a short bus ride to the centre of London and if I could have extended my contract I would have stayed longer. Should I return to London I will be getting in touch with Ryan! A very good price for what you get, and in a quiet area of London.

I thoroughly enjoyed living at Knatchbull as it was peaceful and green, with calm tenants around me. The all inclusive bills meant I didn’t have to start up and co-ordinate all the things one would expect when moving in, so was a lot less hassle. The high standard of cleaning and maintenace to the building meant I saved a lot of time and energy.
